Senate Solitaire is a solitaire card game. It is an interesting game. This two-deck game has fairly long odds of winning. It’s complicated and intricate, so it’s likely to hook you with its intrigue.

The main objective of this game is to build the foundations up in the suit to kings.

Cards Layout

This game uses 104 cards. Those 104 cards are dealt into 4 tableau piles with one card, face-up, per pile and 8 reserves piles with one card face-up per pile, and aces are moved to the foundations at the start of the game.


The cards which are present at the top of tableau piles and reserve piles are available to play. Tableau cards are built down in the suit, and only the top card is available to play, although sequences can be moved if appropriate. Empty spaces can be filled with any card or sequence of cards. You cannot move cards from one reserve pile to another one.

When all the moves which are initially available to you have been made, click on the stock pile to deal one card on each reserve pile. All empty spaces in the tableaus have to be filled before the deal. There is no redeal available to you.
